At random times during the game the team leader could say something like "All team swap 8 by 4 " which would basically make no sense to the enemy but would mean for everyone on the team to switch channels from 8 to 4 or anything else. There could be multiple ways to say it and then the enemy would wonder why you got all quiet because they are listening to an empty channel.

You could have a decoy team of 2 or 3 as well. Most radios count up to say 20 channels and then go back to channel 1 so what if say channel 5 is team 1 and channel 10 would be team 2. Say team 2 wants to eavesdrop on team 1 but team 1 has a decoy team of 3 people keeping a steady flow of chatter on channel 3. Team 2 would have to cycle through the rest of the channels to get to channel 5 but they would hit channel 3 first and think they found team 1's frequency. The decoy team could completely throw off team 2's expectations and the real team 1 would be delivering what team 2 isn't going to have prepared for.

As for respawns, each team will have a designated medic. Each player will have 3 colored rags or something. If you are hit your medic will tie a rag around your arm and you will go back to fighting. If hit 3 times you will return to your teams base and are out of the game.

That seems real nice, but we need rags and walkie talkies for everyone every game. Were would we get everything?

Well, most people have some sort of walkie talkie and some people have more than 1. I have 4 of them but I will NOT be sharing them do to somebody losing one of the good ones in the woods and then lied by telling me that they put one of the other ones back. Of course that was a load of crap because the other ones never left my bag and the earphone and mic was in the bag so they obviously would have noticed that the radio was not plugged into the end of it. Not to mention that it would've been impossible for the radios that were in my bag to magically take the place on the end of the earphone of the radio that fell off. Fortunately I did find it but I did lose that persons trust especially because they still won't admit it today.

That radio thing is a good idea but most people are smart enough to figure out you went to a different line. As for respawning I've seen people that have done this before but what they did is they carried around something like a bucket or something and that was your mobile respawn and also, they had a permanent respawn set up for each team. Also to let people know you are dead, you can get these things called dead rags and they are red and you just put them on your head when you have been shot.

I took your advice for last Saturday Mufasa. I have seen them used before and my mom had a bunch of red felt so I cut out about 20 squares. Kind of hillbilly but it gets the job done.

Yeah, it was pretty good, but people were still shooting across the safe zone. Maybe set up walls and make it a shed or something?
